What do I do if I am not happy with my experience at Mount Mascal Stables?

The Mount Mascal Stables team are dedicated to your safe and enjoyable experience with our wonderful horses and ponies. However, if you are not happy with any aspect of our services, we would rather know. In the first instance, if you are on site, please speak to Reception who will endeavour to resolve your problem. In the event that you are unable or do not wish to do this, please email jen@mountmascalstables.com. Jennifer Burdett is our Welfare Officer and you can expect to receive acknowledgement within 48 hours. Please indicate on your email when and how you would prefer her to contact you.
