YELA – a GREAT way to volunteer & get an award!
YELA is a great scheme that enables young people (aged 13-25) who love the sport of equestrianism to volunteer their time and gain an award into the bargain.
Our congratulations go to Sally Stoddart, who has just become the first Pony Club member to receive the prestigious Bronze Young Equestrian Leader’s Award (YELA) at Mount Mascal Stables.
Read Sally’s report below to find out what this award involves and the benefits & fun of taking part in the YELA scheme!
